penality should be more then 25 or 50 crore , but their should not be any jail, govt. can use that money in the jail / police welfare / modification the police systems etc ----

I will give you 100 Crores, can you return me all the innocnet lives lost on that day? If at all you want it to be a money game then if you calculate all the monetary losses including the property, the potential earnings lost, the psychological trauma etc. If we calculate all this copensation then SANJAY DUTT KI SAAT PUSHTEN BHI YEH CHUKA NAHIN PAAYEGI!!

Then there would be a tradition like thing that do criminal activities and give money for the police welfare....
I also feel bad for sanju baba...but i think if anyone does crime, he deserves the punishment also...
