Sanjay Dutt's Judgement
by vikas biyani on Jul 31, 2007 05:05 PM   Permalink

Law should take its own course. No person is above law.

All said and done these things why apply only to common man or some celebrity which attracts lots of publicity.

I don't understand why a single politician has been convicted and prisoned for all the wrong deeds every one knows they have done. Is the law enforcing system to trying to fett out its frustation of not able to take upon politicians and goons by sounding out harsh judgements like these on others.

I am in a bit of dilema, whether to cry foul of prevailing system or to praise the judiciary for its toughness as shown in this case. I am no authority to say this, but IF Snajay Dutt has reformed, he should have been shown some leniency.
