However one should try to find out under what circumstances Sanjay may have done this offence, keeping the Ak 46 at his residence. Some one might have terrorised him to do so, otherwise he or his loved ones may get hurt. Moreover, Sanjay Dutt never knew that there was a terror plot against the country at that point. I think, his good behaviour, and all other achievments should have been taken into account and let him go on parol. This is what i feel

do not go by his acting.acting is in his blood

Courts dont run on feelings. He was present at the dinner party organised by Dawood and he was knowing very well, who Dawood was and what he did to India.

I can understand your feelings if it happens to a common man.But he being famous figure and has got god fathers in film industry,there is no way that he being terrorised.Who says that his behaviour is good....He was once arrested for carrying and using drugs...Very difficult to agree with your thoughts
