No one is above law... what about the hundreds of ppl killed in the blasts? What abt their families?? If Sanjay Dutt is a part of the crime, then he should be punised. He is a moron right from his younger-years... into drugs, underworld, arms etc etc He still must be in touch with Dawood & Co. He is a 'Terrorist' & should be treated like one. lax, hundreds of people killed in the blasts, however sad is not related to Sanjay getting gun. Even court has admitted this which is why verdict is under Arms act and not TADA. Please do not confuse the issues. He is not part of that crime. He was moron in his younger years is pretty much the case but how do you know he is still in touch with D company? Sanjay is a terrorist? and you are new judge?
