by this verdict..it is clear that indian judicial system is still alive...it doesnt matter if it is Sanjay Dutt or Amitabh Bhachan...all must be equally treated

really if u take emotion out of it all. He has been sentenced for a mistake he committed. and it is a fair fair judgement. he committed a crime, made others a part to it as wellin a small way, was not involved in terrorist activity so didnt deserve the TADA punishments. So for what he committed he has got a just punishment.
as a footnote. we shall miss munnabhai ,as a fan everyone would be disappointed. But trust me it is a great day for judiciary who proved that law is the same for everyone.
