The whole point of Law and sending someone to prison is he turns into a new leaf. In this case its totally unfair that Sanjay Dutt is being again sent to prison.He has paid for his dues and is a good man..mercy has to been shown towards him. Its not the question whether he is filmstar or not, judge what kind of a person he is and then give such harsh punishments. I pray that he is let out soon cause he has already paid for his dues.

hello mr. doing good in the society does not mean that a person is good or bad. making friends n being good to other people also does not make a man good. nor does a man be good by doing charity or by doing puja's n visiting temple after commiting something which is wrong in the eye of the law. I dont mean that Sanjay Dutt is a bad person, but than he has to face what he has done. I dont say that a year sentence or a sentence of 10 yr should have been given to him. I only feel that he should be been punsihed n that judge P.D.Kode has done a right thing. I really admire and respect Judge P.D.Kode in the manner he has handled the case.
