It is outrageous. Everybody knows that he had no intentions of hurting anybody.
He committed a stupid mistake and he suffered for 13 years for it. That itself is enough of punishment for him. We all know that in India real criminals and politicians with criminal background are roaming free without any fear. Those people and their actions are real threat to society and affects real people and their lives. Have you ever heard of anybody of them going to jail for long term? There are scores of bad people with illegal arms and bad intentions and nobody wants to do anything against them.

You must realize that this is first step to put all those criminals behind bars. This proves that atleast our courts are not corrupted. And it is proved in many occasions in past
