I salute to the brave & courageous decesion by Justice Kode. His entire judgement is based on the strong evidance & judicious wisdom. He has given due benefit to those who were arrested only on the basis of suspision, but has not pardoned any criminal irrespective of their social status. Sanjay Datt deserves the punishment as per the rule of the land. But the media created artificially the speculation of awarding him a pardon because of his behaviour. The media is guilty of diverting pubic attention from the crime committed by Sanjay Datt. Unfortunately, this campaign was joined by some so called public figures who tried to create simpathy wave for Sanjay Datt. But hats off to Justice Kode for not succumbing to such civilised pressure tactics & esablishing the supremacy of the court in giving decision. The media & public should understand that the criminal Sanjay & Actor Sanjay are entirely different charaters & one should not try to mix it for creating confusion. Justice Kode has proved again that in this largest democracy, all criminals carry equal status in the judicial system. It will be a wise decision for Sanjay now to gracefully accept the punishment rather than making appeal in the higher court. Let his so called Gandhigiri reflect in his personal life also. It is good chance for him to prove himself by own example.

arre admi jab sudhar geya to saja kayeki? ramayana read kiya kya? koun likhha malum? valmiki. koun tha maloom hai? ek criminal. phir kayeko parta re uski likhha kitab? kitne log mara tha pata hai valmiki? hisab ke bahar, aur tum salute karta hai kode ko? jab criminal tha to saja nehi diya aur jab sudhar geya to saja deta hai? aur tum kode ko salute karta hai? yea to HIV?AIDS ko badhaa dena hai hai. AIDS ho geya to pata hai ke zinda nehi bachega to apne aap ko sudhar ne ke jagha AIDS ko phahe lao duniya me, yehi sikhawa mila iss judgement se, aur tum salam karta hai kode ko? manlo tumhara larka koi crime kiya jo punishable hai aur uss waqt jab crime kiya tab saja nehi mila, phir man lo tumhara larka 14 saal bohot accha zindegi bitaya, social work kiya, aur phir jab sab ka dil jeet liya, sudhar geya, phir agar tumhara larka ko agar itnihi harsh saja diya jaye to kaisa lagga? larke ka maa kya bolega? yehi bolega na ke tu phir kyun sudhra? kyun nehi aur 10-12 bomb explosion ke sath nehi engage huya? yehi chahete ho na tum?
