Indians strangely are sympathetic even towards criminals who are said to be reformed, we have a tendency to forgive(that's good), one and all feel very sorry for sanjay, but, if sanjay is let off it would only give way to more criminal activities, propobably that's the only reason we assume that this punishment becomes necessary. Forgiving is very good human tendency, but should we forgive CHINA.. A firm No. I am sure the Indian Army has not, but the government is scared to take on and hence pretends to have forgiven.
