In the overall gambit of National Security the the sentence of Sanjay is fully justified. After all National Security is above all and can never be compromised.
Sanjay should not be given any special treatment or bail during the next six years as the other accused with him will quote Sanjay to achieve their aims and interests.
Sanjay should quietely accept his 6 years of solitary confinement. I am sure his fans can wait till then to see him back in action.
