Sanjay Dutt should be set free. He already has spent the term in Jain. Why should he face the tial if he only possessed the AK-56 rifle which he had sought to protect his family? This is true, but he already has spent that time in jail.Did he play any major role in the blasts? If Knowing people like Abu Salem and other under world dons is a crime, then first and foremost our ministers should be send to prison for not only knowing but also for supporting these criminals.

He should be punished, what do u mean just possesed the AK-56? He possesing the rifle means somewhere is included in Blast. You are saying all thses thing very easily because may be u have not lost ny of ur relative in the blast but think of those who lost there loved one. Just because he is an actor he sholdnt be forgiven.

Iam not saying that he is an actor and therefore should not be punished. What was his role in the blast? Did he fire the weapon? Read my written para fully and then answer.
