Wow....he needed an AK-56 to protect his family.....Thank God he didn't buy a Tank. Even a donkey won't believe Sanjay Dutt or his lawyer if they say he bought all these weapons for self defense. George Fernandez, you are right.....Sanjay Dutt got away lightly..... Jai Hind Justice Kode. People like you give us common people some hope that the Indian Justice system still has some honesty left in it. The worst part about all this is that there are people justifying Dutt's actions.

U ppl r just makin mockery of the episode.As a young blood u too might have done lot of thgs.It happens.So he too "Bought" 1 and not 3.Sometime u too dont thk of the consequences.Be sympathetic to a good person.If u can't judge a person then u stop judging 1.Humble request to all.

Adding to this...Does he killed any1 or does his act harm ane1.He too realized n surrendered in court.He knew he wud be jailed and he cud have left the country n no1 cud dare extradite him like Nadeem (Music dir guilty for Gulson kumar's killing).He did everythg to help law n order.Think of it.Hope u too can realize it NOW.

What about the Indian patriots and hearoes Salaman Khan, Nadeem etc who have actually killed people, leave alone aquiring arms. I am not in favour or arms anyway, but does not this demand a higher sentence to other bigger offenders like Salaman (he did not even need AK-56 to kill 7 pedestrians)?
