in kashmir jihaids who fake a surrender r allowed to roam scot free,althought they used guns against india.
in assam ulfa terrorists surrender and then carry on terror.
why sanjay dutt alone is singled out ?
let all indians be treated same way.
sanjay dutt did something bad and got what he deserved but india govt shud also focus on other jihadis.
