Really very stupid judgement.After 14 years the judgement has come and it shows the effeciency of our justice system.
Besides there is a very big partiality.Why was teh Sri Krishan Commission report not implemented?What about the justice for those people who where killed in the famous bombay riots? Is the life of the victims of bombay riots so cheap? Just because the victims were muslims we see all this partiality?
Why they are not implementing sri krishna report where the main accused is Bal Tackery? Isnt he a criminal just like others? Indian Judiciary is run by policticians. No DOubt its the best in the world!

its not only the hindu rioters but also muslim rioters who escaped using the loose pole..... in most of the riots der will never be a evidance..

please do not mix things. The court has given verdict on Mumbai Blast. The SKC investigated the riots following the blast. It is the duty of the govt to implement the recommendations. And please do not use the words like Very Stupid Judgement.
