This guy was directly or indirectly involved in some "T" activities. Please don't give so much importance. He was Lucky that he was an Indian if not God know what would have happen if he was from MiddleEast or From Pak....

Thanks Ayasha, Well I am not criticizing him, He was the guy running out of Australia with one way ticket on the same day, as he was knowing all this activities going to happen in UK before hand. Another evidence he has given his SIM to his cousin who was directly involved.
I have nothing against Haneef, he should feel great that he was Freed as he was an Indian. As Australia has very good relationship with India, if not......

innocent because australia do not have enough anti terror laws like TADA. he knew the london plan and he concealed it.

innocent ? he is left as there was no sound evidence and British govt is not interested in him much o/w he would never be released. How it can be sure that he would not be involved in Terror activities further...
