There is neither bjp nor congrss loyality by the MLAs in Goa. You offer them fish-curry and feni (Cashew liquor) dinner.They will accept even you as their CM. So in a house of around 40 MLAs there are about 10 ex-CMs any time in the house. Such a advanced democratic state GOA is. SUSHEGAT !!!
