If Aus is doing all its efforts to keep Haneef out. Should Haneef force himself on Aussies? If his Visa is taken out, if his home is taken out of possession. Why Haneef should think of Going back. He can very well stay in India and have good comfortable life. ........will he have comfortable life in India. Why in first place he felt to go to Aus or UK? What attracts him more?

If you find yourself in similar situation in India then can you imagine to be cleared of charges so early. In indian system, you are bound to be in jail for long time. Forget that anyone will accept his/her mistakes and treat you as human being.
This is the main reason for many people to look for greener pasture.
