i agree dowry laws are higly misused by women to falsely implicate the husbands family, but if it was a lay man he would have been immediately arrested by the police and been charged under section 498 a non bailable and a cognisable offence.money will also be extorted by the corrupt police. why has arjun singh been not arrested. Does india have 2 sets of laws one for the ministers and one for the layman Union Human Resources Minister Arjun Singh, his wife Saroj Singh, daughter Beena Singh, son Abhimanyu Singh, grandson Abhijeet Singh and two others should be immedaitely arrested or else scrap the Section 498.

Yes Bob Seth, I simply want immediate arrest of Mr. Arjun and the accused memebers. Let our country law prove that no man is above law. Question of guilty or innocence should come later on trial. Let him experience what is going on in the name of DV Act!!

What is Renuka chowdhury, National Womens Commision doing they should get Union Human Resources Minister Arjun Singh, his wife Saroj Singh, daughter Beena Singh, son Abhimanyu Singh, grandson Abhijeet Singh and two others immediately arrested . Are Indian ministers above law.
