Dowry Harassment comes under section 498A which is a criminal law. Should Arjun Singh be spared only bcoz he is a union minister.

Even the domestic violence act demands arrest of Arjun Singh and police protection for the girl.
She cannot be thrown out of the house.

Had it been a case against some BJP man and media would be jumping up and down 24X7.
