i agree dowry laws are higly misused by women to falsely implicate the husbands family, but if it was lay man he would have been arrested immediately and been charged under section 498 a non bailable and a cognisable offence. why has arjun singh been not arrested. Does india have 2 sets of laws one for the ministers and one for the layman.

arrested? that chamcha? if they had, he will still be behind bars for the bhopal tragedy. They are still looking for the carbide chief who bribed him to escape.

Union Human Resources Minister Arjun Singh, his wife Saroj Singh, daughter Beena Singh, son Abhimanyu Singh, grandson Abhijeet Singh and two others should be immedaitely arrested else scrap the law and make a more practical law .
