Dowry- Curse to India

People from Andhra and Kerala have the highest dowry traditions.Also its rampant in Northen states like Pujab,haryana,Rajasthan,UP and Bihar

Adi Manav is a futuristic manav - ie progressive. He should demand Arjun Singh to be locked up insytead of blaming Lalu Land, west bengal and tamil nadu and Kerala for highest dowry rates.
