Is it safe?

Is nuclear energy safe? US has Huge area where they dump the nuclear waste. It is a big problem. How will we safely dispose the nuclear waste?

Might be they dig deep underground & put it inside & close it.

Various methods are possible; reprocessing and reburning the fuel is one way. Most of all India will try and master the thorium cycle which has very low waste generation. Lets hope BARC can productize the 3 step cycle ASAP

Do you have a choice? If you don't use nuclear feul for power the alternate is coal which will heat the globe faster and take us to that point of no return probably in our lifetime
