The MLAs who resign after being elected to Assemblies and cause the toppling of Governments should be barred from contesting again to the Assembly!Parties who admit them to topple the governments shuold be de-recognised !

Yup on that count congress would have been the first to be derecongnized 30 years back that would have set clear precendent
