Australian laws are strict

No one can get clean chit easily as australian laws are so strict. Hanif must be innocent and this is why he is out today. dont try to teach us australian gov willn't have sufficient evidence to keep him behind the bars..ballah ballah ballah. Why dont u people accept reality and commenting like you are working with FBI.

Aadam miyan....Aussies could not prove his connivance due to lack of evidence or maybe because they are too soft or professional!
This guy should have been interrogated not even by FBI but by the CIA secret services offshored in Egypt/Pakistan/Middle-east, then maybe
"truth" would have been emerged.

yeah true thats why not even a single Guantanamo Bay prisoner has been charged even after 5 years. They take so long to get the truth out.

Really Australian laws are strict are they? How do you know are you a lawyer there?

Nope Aussie has very lax rules; anyway he did not get a clean chit. He is under investigation.

Major, you should know laws are enacted only to be strictly enforced on the offenders and not selectively depending on his status and religion.
Atleast you should appreciate the investigating team for their apology. Will our security and investigating team do it? Never. When my relatives who also work abroad come to India on annual leave, they come down with bothways air ticket and not single way and book the ticket in India for their return. Booking of single way ticket itself has to be probed since Haneef is employed and he has not relinquished his services.
