VP Election
by kskumar on Jul 28, 2007 10:52 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Najma is certainly a good candidate. Let us not have anything about her switching sides etc. That does not make her less competent. At least there are no accusations of shielding murderers, misappropriation of funds etc. against her. What is more, she has the necessary experience. Strangely the Leftitsts were vehemently arguing for experience in the Presidential election [ probably personal integrity does not count in their view ] and now they say VP can be a non-political person so that they can impose their own candidate. But then, opportunism was nothing new to the Left, they have been doing so throughout their career.

Najma may be a good candidate, but Ansari is certainly better. Besides, in democracy it is the votes that count.

Even in presidential elections, some BJP MLAs, heeding their party's call for conscious vote, voted for Patil instead of Shekhawat.

why should I go to pakistan? does India belong to BJP supporting Hindus only? can't congress supporting Hindus live in India and call it their motherland? Do I have to have to be a narrow minded RSS person to call myself an Indian.

you Jinnah supporters in BJP should migrate to pakistan and kiss their behind in public.
