justice in court
by ss on Jul 28, 2007 06:10 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

muslims are punished by hindu court.
the muslims should be tried as by shariat law with assistance from mullahs in Pakistan or Bangladesh.

the court has no right to punish a muslim

OK. COURT HAS NO RIGHT TO PUNISH A MUSLIM. DOES MUSLIM HAVE RIGHT TO INVOLVE IN TERRORIST ACTIVITIES. OR LET US HAVE THE ACTION SAME AS IN SAUDI ARABIA-MUSLIM'S ONE LAND. BEHEADED OR STONED TO DEATH. WHICH DO U PREFER.

I didn't get you. Maybe, you misunderstood something. Why would I prefer to be beheaded? I am against the shariah.

Hi Friend, India is secular, democratic, republic, socialist and sovereign Country and not Islamic republic for you to implement Shariah Laws. India has a documented Constitution which is drafted and recognised by the Parliament of India which is represented by the Members elected by the Citizens of this Country directly and indirectly.

I welcome this suggestion. Shariyat should apply for all things concerned with muslims. If Muslim thief is caught then he should be whipped in public. If a muslim man or woman is caught with pants down (No pun intended) they should be burried till head and people are allowed to throw stones at them. For serious offenses, arms and legs are chopped off. As of now only the law relating Divorce, which is one sided in favour of men, is applicable. Bring on all the Shariyat laws, including banking where Interest are not legitimate

Before they are Muslims, they are INDIANS. Laws are all same for all Indians. Shariat laws can be applied only in Islamic countries like Bangladesh or Pakistan, not in India.

Does a Muslim have right to punish the world? Muslims are humans, and in this case Indians. Nobody insists that they be in India, if they cannot follow the Indian Constitution.

"SS" should be caught and tried for making Anti -national statements.

they r human first and then muslim , nobody told them to help in terrorist act, why dont anyother peoples did ? and only them.

Four male witnesses are required for rape, Mate. Some shariah scholars argue this is only necessary if there is some doubt about the rape (i.e., if we can establish the guilt by, say, a DNA test, then no need of 4 male witnesses). However, there is a widespread disagreement among the scholars (not to speak of things in practice).
