Yes Nusrat.IT apears that Kalam first reserved the information thinking that perhaps he may be given a second term for Pres. and then lateron now thought to disclose when he was not selected for Pres. But realy it has given a shock to somany why kalam didnt tell it earlier.

A head of the state cant disclose office matters to public when in office as he has taken a oath of secrecy when becoming the president. he is no more a president and has cleared the charges against him. Still by lawhe cant give u any further detail .
