Yes, of course, this is the victory against Racist Australia. It happened because of the overall supporters on behalf of him received from all parts of the world and the supports he received from various rights activists and various Govt. officials as well.

I commend the trust and bravery of haneef's wife and family. Because of less than 1% crazy fundamentalist, law abiding, educated, peace loving majority muslims all over the world bear the brunt of racism, harrasment. I also applaud Australia handling this situation in all fairness. Thank god this happened outside India in a democratic country like Australia. If this had happened in India by now Haneef would have been history.

HE IS LUCKY HE WAS IN AUSTRALIA WHERE TEH LEGAL SYSTEM IS TRANSPARENT AND THE POLICE CAN BE QUESTIONED BY THE PUBLIC. IN ASIAN OR AFRICAN COUNTRIES HE WOULD HAVE BEEN TORTURED INTO CONFESSING.
