is blamed instead of incompetent Indian politicians. Maybe Raman is looking for some honorary post from UPA govt who knows?. But it is not surprising to note that US covertly encourages terrorism by taking advantage of the situations existing in another country. They did that with Soviet Union and broke it up into a number of States. It is another matter that Russia is slowly regaining the economic and military strength it once had. US is not a good role model for world leader, they should act more responsibly.
