Goa needs to become a union territory again or be put under permanenet President's rule. THat way, this nonsense of governments falling constantly will be ended. If it becomes a UT, the big advantage will be that it will once again be the beneficiary of large-scale Central government funds as it was in the 1960's. Becoming a UT has big advantages (just look at Chandigarh). This current crop of politicians "devil" parrikar, "robber" Babush "muddler" Digambar "joker" Joaquim and "publicity-minded" Victoria need to be given a hard kick-in the backside.
There are three options in front of Goa:
1.) Become a UT 2.) Put under permanent President's rule. 3.) Merge with Karnataka.

Goa is a unique place and cannot be merged with any state. The solution lies in reducing the number of seats from 40 to 20, so that the chances of winning are reduced for all parties by 'vote banks' and money power. After all if no party gets clear majority, this is what one can expect.
