India is a perfect example of failure of democracy. Only the powerful persons rule here. It is not the persons who decide thier rulers but the powerful persons alignment to party decide who will be the ruler. Thats the point..India is a failed democracy and we lose no time in condemning China which is galloping with development. Indians should be more forth-right in admitting their failures.
