Make Goa a Union Territory

I think it is high time that Goa be made a Union territory with this kind of mockery of democracy.
The powerful Saraswat communtiy and its counterpart Catholic Saraswat Community has made Goa a joke.

what u know about the Saraswat and Catholic community.
Agreed that there is problem in Goa over last 20 years. But at least there is change which is allowing for the development for the state.
I believe you are from either Kerala or Tamilnadu. Histroy shows that they have always voted for one party.
In that case both these states should have President rule for ever.
