So who is responsible to fix it.. DO YOU THINK THE POLITICIANS WILL CHANGE LAWS WHICH BENEFITS THEM. When would a law come into existence which says that a Citizen can only get elected for his/her state of residence and NOT SOME REMOTE LA LA LAND IN SOUTH INDIA to guarantee your Lok Sabha Seat... Think Please Think.. WHO IS GOING TO FIX THE OLD BRITISH LAWS...
