rest of the country is on electronic voting system. i pity to know why there is no electronic voting done for this election .

may be because most of them are 'unpad' only

In a general election the % of illiterates and scoundrall voters are less. But in this presidential election is as high as 80%. They dont know how to use electronic voting machine!!!!
