Your victory is fulfilment of my life's dream. You make me proud. From the Day one I was with you and am so happy. God bless you and guide you in the difficult/challanging days ahead. My husband, retired Army Officer, feels great to know that you shall be Forces' Supreme Commander.
Currently I am in Canada and have been following your journey and we live in Gurgaon, after our return, shall like to meet you and if you agree, like to do something in my several capacities.

And what did you think your generation have acheived in its life time Huh... Does your generation even understand the basics of DEMOCRACY? Do you know that there are ways to to contribute to your country even while sitting in CANADA? What is the Electoral college system in India that elects the President? Can you please explain me?

what is your generation achieving today? We'd be glad to know how you sitting on India are contributing to the country. If you think that 70 year olds should sit back and not do anything, then you are old beyond your time. Learn your history, these people were born in British India and have lived through the Independence movement, so you can bet they know more than you about democracy!
Maybe you don't agree with what this lady says, at least she takes interest in India even though she is abroad for a short while.
