best brains have to leave outshores to sharpen it. Just to make sure they are Inshore again to pay back to their motherland.

Plus with modern day IT there is no need for them be physical present here. They can help their counterparts here in India by tranferring technology via Web Technology. Only there is a need to build and perfect interaction between the two sides.
