Pkl. Afternoon, 1.20pm.,Wednesday, July 18, 2007.
Dr Anil Lakodar , Chairman AEC India is portrayed by American Officials in the State Deptt. US as 600 Kg. Gorilla in the conference
hall. That reveals that he is there to ensure that the concerns and considerations of Indian Weapon Technology , Recycling used Fuel or indian strategic autonomy to resume weapon grade testing, if the circumstances need that
are not ignored , by Diplomats and peaceniks keen on sealing the INDO-US Nuclear Agreement.
This is important. It is hoped that Mandated seniors like Sri Shivshankar Menon foreign Secretary/MK Mahadevan adviser Security because of their clout with Manmohan Estt. do not ride rough shod over Dr. Kakodar's concerns in order to get Kuddos in Diplomatic community of Democrats in US Congress ,and Manmohan's followers in the Indian Government , bent on seeking via-media with US non-proliferators in order to achieve a great Image -Boost.We also hope that Dr Kakodar and his team from AEC, holds out,and would not be bamboozled and shall not lack professional courage to say "NO" if they think it is against National interest, even ,if it means rejecting the highly valorized expected Agreement by non-technical cheer -leaders of Manmohan Singh's Camp.D. look at it clearly, have indian scientists delivered...no.

is there a working thorium reactor ? in that case the deal with america or NPT need not be signed. the so called thorium reactor will be produced after 30 years (which wont work just like arjun tank or tejas fighter) and by that time ther wont be any energy for power.

the very few projects that work - brahmos & isro rockets are done with close russian collaboration.

so know the limitations of the local science establishment (the best scientist from india are in america), thats imperative.
