there was some repair work going on which could be the cause of collapse...also every year heavy rains cuase a few buildings to fall ...i think this is the second building to collapse this season..BMC has to be blamed for this ..I am sure the BMC workers would have visited the site many times this month sadly to check if thrs any additional board put up by the shopkeepers ..so that they can hafta vasool from them..and they are short of staff when it comes to inspecting the buildings...I would not be surprised if a BMC worker would have been trapped inside (collecting his final ?Hafta)

thr was clinic in which there were 40 patients ..no body is yet to estimate how many are trapped..trapped peopel where shouting and 2 hrs later now people can hardly hear voices
