It saddens my mind, even as thought of you leaving the Rashtrapati Bhavan on 25th July.
But in some ways, I also feel happy about it.
Happy for you, because, you are going back to your beloved Univ. and do what you love the most, Teaching. A burning flame is useless, unless it lights many more flames, before it burns out itself, is an old saying. And you Sir, are a burning Infurno, as you've lit thousands and millions of flames, not only in India but the world over, by your knowledge, compassion and humility. Trivaar Vandan.
All along after Independance, it was the first time for "The Right type of person, at the Right Place" for India. But the selfish and psycopants of Indian politics did not support for your continuance.
For me and many of my fellow citizens of India, you'll be always remembered as one of the Best Presidents India could ever have.
With folded hands and a heavy heart, I kneel and pray for your good health and peace of mind. We want you to be around till 2020 and beyond. That is because if India(ns) fails to live up to its dream 2020, we need a Teacher with a "Chhadi" to take-over and set things right.
