Well, honestly, while all of us may have the gut feel that Haneef indeed helped the others "recklessly" or with conscious intent, 1. There's no direct evidence to prove the same. 2. The Ministry played foul by revoking his visa to detain him. 3. Even if his visa was revoked, he should have been granted a temporary stay in Australia or he should be deported to India or the UK as is done in most cases.
I have given my mobile phone sim card to my friend in Goa after my 8-month stay ended. Why? not 240 Pounds talktime, just a great deal! 25Paisa National SMS...now that guy goes ahead gives it to someone else, who in turn uses it for some extortion calls or a terrorist act, who is to blame? Me? It's a question we should all ask ourselves.
If he is innocent he would be set free in due course of time...hahahahaha I find that statement absolutely hilarious!
Sanjay Dutt is a classic example. Stupidity...and he has been tormented by the TADA courts...finally? 3 years in prison...3 years in prison after 14 years of torture.
We need to be scared of everyone now. Our parents, siblings, relatives, friends. Never give anything that might endanger your life.
The Australian Govt. is teaching us this lesson...let's learn it well.

Truth is always bitter, when it comes to you, you start talking all wise things, assuming Dr Haneef to be innoscent,
why the same people come front @ to advice those involved in Kashmir and recent Train blast to challange openly. @ why not condemn the people or disassociate with people who declared fatwa against artist who draw mohammed cartoon. @ appreciate Pak Prez Mr Musharaf for Lal masjid whre tons of ammunication found in masjid.
@ why these people not pressurising to hang terrorist who has attacked our own parliament
let us debate these national issues concering us rather than individual not staying in india.
