If elected MLAs and MPs need not vote for President, let we all the citizens take a vow not to vote in the comming General Elections to elect these rotten poticians as our represenatives.

Then we will have ads in Doordarshan , Other TV Channels and Newspapers asking the general public to exercise their franchise (by spending the tax payers money) to elect somebody. If the EC is so serious about the elections, they can conduct some seminars for these MLAs and MPs ( With less expense)to make them understand the importance of the Elections.
