Musharaf and Manmohan was a Sarpanch in two neighbor village. Manmohan was constantly had problem of rowdy street dogs who often bites villagers. But, whenever Manmohan decide to take action against them, Musharaf call him up immediately and warm him that if he make any action against these dogs, dogs would not spare him. In Manmohans village dogs are become out of control. They are making continuous nuisance to villager. But, everytime Musharaf fear about What will happen to Manmohan if he take action against Dog?. Manmohan doing nothing staying as Sarpach of that village.
Now, suddenly news comes that dogs gone on rampage in Musharaf village. But, without any second thought Musaraf takes the gun and shot down each dog in brutal manner.
Manmohan immediately rang to Mussaraf that he should leave the village immediately because remaining dog won't spare you.
Then mussaraf replied : MR. MANMOHAN, DOGS ARE DOGS FOR ME. I AM NOT GETTING votes FROM THESE DOGS TO STAY IN POWER
This resemble the incident took place in Pakistan Masjit, where brave Mussaraf really kill the terrorist without any second thought. Now it's upto you Indians that you want to be bitten by Dog or you want leader like Mussaraf (Or say leader like Mr. Modi)
