Common guys.... its easy to call a person terrorist, sitting at your home and watching the television. Imagine yourself at his place. They have charged him because he has taken simcard contract on his name for his cousine, who happened to be a terrorist! I know its common here in UK to take simcard contracts like this and then lend them to ur frnds or relatives. But you cannot charge a person with a serious crime for this action!! By the way I am so glad that India shown its guts to ask the Australian government to handle it's citizen properly. I feel proud to be an Indian and feel more confident to work outside our country now...

Please mind your words. Handing over a SIM card is very natural. If that is the reason for continued detention, it is a crime. If there is any other solid and acceptable reason, then he has to go through the punishment. Why Indian government is showing some interest is because an australian minister had acted as an indian politician.
