Because when their President Bush promised watertight security after 911, they got it. Thanks to that their citizens can live peacefully without worrying about terrorist attacks.
India will remain a 3rd world country because their politicians can never guarantee against terrorist attacks and in fact lose their sleep if terrorists are caught in foreign country. Because, for them votes are important not peoples life.
