Who want to become cop in future? For all the cases wherin charge sheet have been filed for the encounters , you will observe that all the people killed have criminal back grounds ,.... Till Sonia Congress is doing this ....

FIRST AND FOREMOST i doubt they had criminal backgrounds....and yes ppl with crimianl track record need not necessarilly have to b murderers....a thief is also a criminal....so u gun down all da thiefs....huh??

The person who has died was criminal and many people have registered cases against him for money extortion .
Or take the case of Mumbai Plice, you will find the same .
