The Displaced Pandits should be given reservation in J&K legislature and government jobs for the community & all over India.

They should be given atleast 20% Reservations in Central & Govt Jobs?

Why Reservation ??
They r talented enough to get jobs..
J&K has 3 divisions Jammu, Kashmir & Ladhak.
Create 1 more division out of Kashmir where they must have their own legislators and govt.
Why cannot it be done for Hindus in India

I am not talking about the talented KPs.

I am talking about the oppressed KPs who are poor and who need help from the Indians.

They should be given reservations for atleast next 20 years. This will prove to be a helpful hand and goodwill gestures from all the Indians.

What do you people think?

This is a litmus test for Pakis.
Pakis inaction or no action would put it position of kasmir in Jeopardy.

At this hour, we should support taliban. so that it can capture pakistan, which would help India to have hot persuit. This would mean USA will not have permanent imperial colony beside india.

If USA does that it would create a new regim in pakistan and then Kashmir would again get entangled.

No Reservation, what they should be given is?,rehabilitation in Kashmir!. They are the right people in right place.
Other wise, it would be like displacement from POK to india out of kasmir!!!!!!!!!!

But the KPs are thinking the other way, they say that they need reservations.

Wont this be a goodwill gesture to these kashmiri pandits from us?

Ultimately, Indians and india has to bear the evils of reservation.

Kashmiri should be rehabilated in Kashmir

How about rehabilitating in your Mumbai?

First of all this reservation system should be fully abolished.It is now 60 years of independent India. Every caste & State should be treated equally for the progress of country.
