I was really angry with LTTE over our great leader Rajiv Gandhi's assasinate.
But one thing is we should have proper mechanism to control all these kinds of organizations.
why are they (LTTE) fighting and what actually they are looking for now? equal rights or freedom??
dont know what these ppl are doing? giving Madarsas freedom in their education? no control over religion based institutions? no control over caste based organizations? no control over religion and caste based reservations?
what will be the solutions for the above questions?

buddy, am from TN. once LTTE killed rajiv, they deserve no mercy nor sympathy. By killing rajiv, they earned the wrath of indian public, which I believe will never come to their rescue any day.
Apparently, Rajiv did backstabbing to prabhakaran, but whatsoever I wouldnt forgive them for the way they killed rajiv. No human deserves that treatment.

prabhakaran is not a political leader or a leader of nation backstabbing him is not recquired it should have been front stabbing.You are like justifying US backstabbing osama bin laden and you are sympathetic to them.

Absolutely, TN government funded LTTE when LTTE was fighting Shanti sena in Sri Lanka. It was disgusting. Shame on the then TN Chief. I guess it was Karunanidhi. I feel really sad every time I recall those days.

Sending the IPKF to Srilanka was a real thoughtless mistake made by Rajiv Gandhi. But he was a good hearted noble leader. But notwithstanding all that, it's high time that northern Indian high handedness in dealing with the affairs of the tamilian populace stopped. LTTE are the most fierce fighters and who were the first to introduce suicide bombing which the Arabs later picked up.

Iam a Sri Lankan Tamil and know exactly what happened. The Indian government came here on the pretence of saving the Sri Lankan Tamils but has their own agenda.However when this did not happen they turned against the native Sri Lankan Tamils in the North and East. there was large destruion,looting ,raping and massacre of the Tamil population. Many Hindu Temples and Christian churches were detroyed. Many Hindu priests and Christian clergy were harrassed on the suspicion that they were supporting the LTTE and were encouraging the population to do so. Many of these Indian troops could not speak a word of Tamil and I presume they were shouting and screaming to us in Hindi which whichwas gibberish to us ( not insulting ) and we did not understand a word. Moist Tamils were were angry about this as the people who were supposd to protect you started to create immense harm against you. Rajiv Gandi was very naive, his mother would not have allowd this to happen. He was advised by many ambitious and anti Tamil men, who were later promted for the mess they created. the Sinhala politicians took him for a ride. The SriLankan govt(s) are racist and genocidal and due to thier policies 1 million native Tamils have fled . It is th eLTTE that is protecting the Tamil North. If the world calls the Ltte terrrists then they should come to save the SriLankan Tamils which they are not doing. The opressed is called the terrorist when they fight for thier just rights. We were never Indian .
