Why people like the author resort to statements like If one were to ask me about the most resolute city in the world, I would not think twice to name Mumbai. And what if I ask to name a few big cities that has the worst infrastructure? I just wonder why our beloved mumbai friends leave everything on to the government and do nothing to make the city better? Everyone is selfish.
