Actually all of here forgetting the root cause of these terror actions.The petro dollar is the true villain.The actual culprit is saudi arabia.They seed world wide terror by supporting islamic terrorism and to enforce islam rule all over the world. The fundamentalist organizations today getting massive support form these type of countries.so the other countries should find a way to eliminate the use of petro products.This will adversely affect the financial situations of these countries.So they can't support terrorist ,fundamentalist infrastructure. In anyway the innocent muslims have to work for living,even if petro dollar is there ,or not there.So they won't be affected.The guys who are going to be affected is fundamentalist clerics and jihadis. So after a while the terror infrastructure will crumble.This will make the world peaceful and innocent muslims can live without ashamed of their jihadi brethren

Look it could be as you said since they all are finding excuse for those terrorist why is that there are no kashmiri pandit terrorist.
