It is quite possible that there are sophesticated and intelligent networks exist that motivate these professionals and non-prophessionals, within a short period. I do not think these people had ever thought of harming someone, leave aside dremt of becoming terrorists, even some time before leaving the country.

I feel that the three indian actors have been forced to by terrorist organisations either by blackmailing them or threatening to kill their parents in India if they failed to do so.
